Terms and Conditions
Rental prices are inclusive of all utilities, linens and towels. Balance of rent is payable one month prior to arrival.
A €150 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival. After inspection and cleaning of the apartment, the damage deposit is returned via the post the day of departure.
There is a maximum capacity of five people. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The time of arrival is 4pm on the first evening and departure time is 10am on the last morning. However, if there are no visitors scheduled before or after a rental period, then the arrival and departure times may be flexible with advance confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice over 6 months we refund 90% of deposit.
- Notice over 3 Months we refund 50% of deposit.
- Notice less than 3 months we retain all of deposit.
- Holiday insurance is recommended to cover any change of plans.
